{"id":601,"date":"2021-02-10T14:03:52","date_gmt":"2021-02-10T06:03:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wh-bej63k50i6tu2o0we.my3w.com\/?p=601"},"modified":"2021-10-18T11:47:36","modified_gmt":"2021-10-18T03:47:36","slug":"wl-%e6%96%b0%e5%9e%8b%e6%8e%a5%e5%a4%b4%e5%9c%a8%e5%89%aa%e5%8a%9b%e5%a2%99%e4%b8%ad%e7%9a%84%e5%ba%94%e7%94%a8","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bjwlx.com\/en\/?p=601","title":{"rendered":"Application of WL new joint in shear wall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Installation and connection of shear wall panel step 1: (post pouring concrete)<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Before the installation of shear wallboard, clean the installation position of wallboard and remove the protective plug outside the lower inner screw sleeve;<\/li>\n<li>A gap of 250-300mm (according to the design requirements) shall be reserved between the precast shear wall panel and the surface of the lower member, and the panel shall be hoisted in place;<\/li>\n<li>The double screw socket joints of reinforcement connection at the connecting surface of the slab are in place (see Fig. 1);<\/li>\n<li>Support the formwork and pour concrete at the post cast strip;<\/li>\n<li>The formwork shall be removed after the concrete strength reaches the formwork removal strength.
