Management measures for “seven no binding” and “five no inspection” of reinforcement

VII. No binding:

1. It is not allowed to bind reinforcement until the laitance of poured concrete is removed;

4. If the deviation of reinforcement is not checked and corrected, it is not allowed to bind reinforcement;

5. If the quality of the reinforcement joint itself is not inspected and qualified, it is not allowed to bind the reinforcement;

6. It is not allowed to bind reinforcement if the technical disclosure is not in place;

7. If the reinforcement processing fails to pass the acceptance, it is not allowed to bind the reinforcement.

V. non inspection:

1. The reinforcement is not accepted if it is not completed;

2. The reinforcement positioning measures are not in place and are not accepted;

3. If the cushion block of reinforcement protective layer is unqualified and fails to meet the requirements, it will not be accepted;

4. Unqualified reinforcement rectification and acceptance;

5. The reinforcement binding is not carried out in strict accordance with the technical disclosure, and the construction is not accepted.

Construction quality pre control of reinforcement works

(1) . make efforts in the pre inspection of reinforcement

1. It shall include reviewing the construction organization design, scheme and disclosure of reinforcement.

See whether it has guidance, pertinence, operability and seriousness for the construction of on-site reinforcement works (in line with the specifications).

2. The pre inspection of reinforcement processing shall be checked, focusing on:

Classification, fabrication and stacking of protective layer cushion blocks (see the table below);

Classification, fabrication and stacking of reinforced horse stool (check mold, calculation and fabrication quality);

Sampling inspection of straight thread processing (make records and follow the specifications).

3) Contaminated reinforcement: do not bind the contaminated cement on all reinforcement until it is cleaned.

4) . deviation inspection: all vertical bars are not checked to see whether the size of the protective layer is offset and not bound.

 

 

5) . swing head: swing head length of all stressed bars (including joint percentage, seismic coefficient) and stagger distance; First joint position; If the anchorage length (including seismic coefficient) is unqualified, it shall not be bound.

6) . joints: all joints (including binding, welding and mechanical connection) are unqualified and not bound.

Raw material quality control of reinforcement

Appearance quality control of reinforcement: each bundle (plate) of reinforcement entering the site shall be provided with signs, accepted in batches according to furnace and tank number, batch and diameter, stacked neatly by category, strictly prevent mixing, and its inspection status shall be marked to prevent mixing. The appearance shall be straight and free of damage, and the surface shall be free of cracks, oil stains, folds, granular and flake old rust, scabs and inclusions. The wire rod is allowed to have indentation and local bump, concave block, scratch and pitted surface.
