On June 28, principals of each company visited Wulongxing workshop and visited WL intelligent automatic rebar thread production line equipment of our company.

The equipment is independently developed by Beijing Wulongxing Technology Development Co., Ltd. and is a fully automatic rebar thread processing production line in China.

This equipment processes a 12m steel bar in 12 seconds, and each shift can process 100 tons. The whole line only needs 2 people to operate, which is 3-4 times the capacity of the conventional steel bar thread processing production line!

The thread is processed with high precision, and the reinforcement thread can reach grade 6 precision, and can meet the tolerance dimensions of length and diameter.
